    Step 1

    待油稍微冷却,放入番茄粒,转大火焖煮至浓稠。加入 蒜和牛油拌匀煮数分钟后加入鸡肉拌匀。Give the oil a few minutes to cool, add the tomatoes, and return to heat. Simmer to cook the tomatoes into a chunky sauce like mixture. Add the garlic and butter and stir to combine until the butter is melted. Add the chicken back in the sauce for a few minutes.

    吃前加入九层塔,配搭意大利面一起享用。Just before serving, stir in the basil, serve with pasta.
