根据包装将意大利面煮熟备用。Make the pasta according to package directions.
将鸡胸肉捶打至薄,撒上少许盐及胡椒粉腌好。Pound chicken meat to an even thickness, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
镬内热少许橄榄油,放入鸡肉两面煎数分钟至熟。Heat the olive oil in a large heavy skillet, add the chicken and pan-fry for several minutes on each side, set aside.
待油稍微冷却,放入番茄粒,转大火焖煮至浓稠。加入 蒜和牛油拌匀煮数分钟后加入鸡肉拌匀。Give the oil a few minutes to cool, add the tomatoes, and return to heat. Simmer to cook the tomatoes into a chunky sauce like mixture. Add the garlic and butter and stir to combine until the butter is melted. Add the chicken back in the sauce for a few minutes.
吃前加入九层塔,配搭意大利面一起享用。Just before serving, stir in the basil, serve with pasta.
